Captain Midnight

The Captain Midnight radio show featured the "Code-O-Graph" at the end of each transmission. Fans could write into one of the program's sponsors to get the Code-O-Graph and then decode the secret messages from the program. This is a classic example of a cipher disk except that it used numbers instead of letters.
