Before you can install your Trustwave certificate, you will first need to install the intermediate certificates. You may download them using the links below:

Download the GlobalSign Root certificate

Download the GlobalSign Partners certificate

Download the TrustwaveCA certificate

Move all three files onto the Lotus Domino server for installation. Open the "Domino Server Certificate Administration" panel. Choose "Install Certificate Into Key Ring". You will need to enter the filename of the keyring that you created when you made your CSR.

Choose "File" in the field marked "Certificate Source". Choose the GSRoot.crt certificate. Click "Merge Certificate into Key Ring". After you enter your keyring password, press "OK".

Choose "File" in the field marked "Certificate Source". Choose the GSInt.crt certificate. Click "Merge Certificate into Key Ring". After you enter your keyring password, press "OK".

Choose "Install Certificate Into Key Ring". You will need to enter the filename of the keyring that you created when you made your CSR.

Choose "File" in the field marked "Certificate Source". Choose the TrustwaveCA.crt certificate. Click "Merge Certificate into Key Ring". After you enter your keyring password, press "OK".

Choose "Install Certificate Into Key Ring". You will need to enter the filename of the keyring that you created when you made your CSR.

Choose "File" in the field marked "Certificate Source". Choose the file name of the certificate you received from Trustwave when your certificate was issued. Within the ZIP file that was e-mailed, there is a file that ends with .cer - this is your SSL certificate. Click "Merge Certificate into Key Ring". After you enter your keyring password, press "OK".

On the web interface, click "Configuration & Administration Forms". Click "Security Configuration" within "Security Options". Be sure that "Allow SSL connections using port 443" is selected and check that your correct keyring is listed. Apply the changes and restart your server. Your installation is now complete.
